1. Orders
- All our products are made to order.
- Orders can be placed via our website or by contacting us directly.
- Custom cake and bulk orders may require additional lead time depending on design and complexity.
2. Payments
- All payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
- We accept payments through secure online payment gateways including UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation Window: Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing the order, provided the baking process hasn’t started.
- Non-Refundable: Since our cakes are perishable and custom-made, we do not offer refunds once the baking or designing has begun.
- Store Credit: If a cancellation is accepted, refunds will be provided as store credit only.
In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
4. Modifications
- Any changes to the order (design, message, delivery time) must be requested at least 24 hours in advance, and are subject to feasibility.
5. Delivery
- We currently deliver within Delhi NCR. Delivery charges are calculated based on distance.
- Please ensure accurate address and contact details are provided. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information are non-refundable.
- In case of delays due to weather or traffic conditions, we will inform you and reschedule where possible.
6. Product Quality
- All our products are made with high-quality, fresh ingredients.
- In case of any genuine quality concern, please contact us with photos within 2 hours of delivery. We will evaluate and offer store credit or replacement as appropriate.
7. Allergens
- Our products may contain allergens such as dairy, nuts, gluten, and soy.
- Please inform us of any allergies at the time of order.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on the website (photos, designs, logos) is the intellectual property of Love Is Cakes and cannot be reused without permission.
9. Disputes
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Haryana courts.
